Exchanging information

The THWS IT Service Center offers a university-owned cloud service. The THWS Cloud enables users to store files and share them with partners.
The THWS Cloud can be accessed via a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) at https://cloud.thws.de. You log in using your own user ID from the THWS domain. Each user has a maximum of five gigabytes of storage space available for uploading files.
Important information regarding use:

• The THWS Cloud is not a backup system, as the ITSC, as the operator, accepts no responsibility for backing up data. No backups are made.
• When exchanging data with others, please consider with whom you are sharing this information and whether the other party is trustworthy. The ITSC cannot accept any responsibility in this regard; this is entirely your responsibility.
• You must not store any files containing THWS administrative data and/or personal data.
• Please observe the THWS Terms of Use for IT Systems.
• Take care not to infringe any copyright.
